• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed off to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packed using specialized cold-chain insulation and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged due to shipping delays, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will issue an immediate full refund or send a free replacement.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
